Now if you have done LIIFT4 you will know a little bit about what you are getting into, but they are not the same program at all really. If you are looking for a 4 day a week program definitely do LIIFT4 first.

There are differences between LIIFT4 vs. LIIFT MORE.

You did a HIIT workout for four weeks that targeted your legs. In LIIFT More, you separated the different parts of your legs so they’d be easier to target. So yes two days of legs crazy right? Most people including myself hate leg day and now two of them?

It does help greatly though to burn those calories and get you ripped you will still be using your core and some of your upper body carrying the weights even on your leg days.

LIIFT MORE: A Workout Plan For Your Summer Body Breakdown Into Two Phases For Months 1 And 2.

  • Phase 1: During this phase, you focus mainly on building muscle and gaining weight.
  • Phase 2: This phase increases the intensity to help you lose weight faster and become more defined.

What the LIIFT workouts are like

Each session in LIIFT MORE lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. You’ll be able to get results without spending hours at the gym.

You’ll focus on each body part separately. During the lifting phase, you’ll include a burnout round for each body part. For the HIIT portion of the workout, you’ll train each body part individually.

Each week, you’ll have five scheduled workouts. On days six and seven, you can either do an optional workout or select one of the three bodyweight exercises offered at Bodybuilding.com.

You never see the same workout twice; each one is unique.

Here’s a breakdown for each phase of the LIIFT More workout program.

  • On day one: lift heavy weights for chest and bicep exercises.
  • Day 2: LIFT/HIIT quads and calves
  • Day 3: LIFT BACK & TRICEPS
  • Day 4: LIFT/HIIT Hamstring & Gl
  • Day 5:LIFT Shoulders
  • Day 6/7:Rest/Recovery

Here’s the breakdown for LIIFT MORE Phase II workouts:

  • Day 1:LIFT Legs
  • Day 2: LIFT/HIIT chest and back

Each movement in LIIFT MORE should expect one additional set. You will mostly be doing three sets of each movement rather than two.

Although classic weightlifting exercises are often performed with some kind of adjustments, they’re not always done with a new variation.

Are there modifiers for the LIIFT MORE workouts?

Yes, there are dedicated modifiers to show you a less intensive option. There aren’t any major modifications to the weights, but for high intensity or higher impact moves, you may want to look into some lower impact options.

It makes the program more accessible for everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers.

During your LIIFT MORE Rest Days days, what should you be doing?

I recommend doing a BOD/BODi recovery workout or yoga on one day off, and then going for a very light jog or long walk outside in nature on the other day. Long walks are excellent for mental health!

However, sometimes your body needs a complete day off from working out. Listen to how you feel and what you would like to do instead.

What equipment do you need to get started?

You’ll need a set of weights for LIIFT as well as an adjustable workout bench to get the most out of the exercises. Joel suggests using light, medium, and heavy weights.

You’ll have to go higher as your strength gains, but 5-15 pounds is a good place to start. However, as you see the results happening and progress, you’ll probably want to increase the weight. I used 40 pound weights a lot when I did 645 for the first time. Something I never imagined utilizing. However, I also got excellent outcomes.

LIIFT MORE is all about the art of weight lifting and how to increase strength while getting cut and losing weight. . Consider incline bench presses, seated iso curls, step-ups, and more. And the bench is necessary for doing these exercises correctly and getting all of the advantages.
